What we need and why
We process your name, email address, message and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. For merch enquiries, we also process the product, collection, requested variant and quantity. We use these details to reply, check availability and discuss a purchase or collaboration. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to send the form.
For product or service enquiries, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other questions, it is our legitimate interest in responding to incoming messages and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Who receives the data
Dušan Drdaj receives your message. Resend and Seznam.cz provide email delivery. The website runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process information needed to operate, secure and deliver the service. Providers may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area; their privacy policies describe the conditions and safeguards for transfers.

How long data is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related correspondence. If a contract or legal obligation arises, relevant records are kept for the period required by that obligation or to protect legal claims. Spam prevention uses short-lived technical records with a one-way fingerprint of the IP address; these records do not contain your message.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Subject to GDPR conditions, you have a right to data portability and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Analytics and embedded videos
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits and interest in content, partners and merch. We record page views, language, clicks and successful enquiries. We do not send your name, email, phone or message to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.
The _ga and _ga_* analytics cookies expire after at most 180 days. Analytics retains user and event data for 2 months; aggregate reports may remain longer. Google may also process data outside the EU under its contractual terms and applicable safeguards. Google Privacy Policy ↗
The background video loads from YouTube only after separate consent to external videos. YouTube then receives connection information and may use its own identifiers. Your analytics and video preferences are saved in this browser for 180 days. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not restrict content or the contact form. Change consent at any time in the footer. Your consent is the legal basis for optional analytics and videos (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
